I need suggestions on "management books"

I'm working on a bit for my book and I want to do a brief survey of different management books and their "best practices."  One I think I want to look at is Collins' "Good to Great" and his idea of getting the "right people on the bus and the wrong people off."

    Ideas?

These books and articles by Goleman and ESPECIALLY the last one "Primal Leadership" - excellent!

Goleman, Daniel. Emotional Intelligence: Why it can matter more than IQ. New York: Bantam, 1995.

________. “Leadership that Gets Results,” Harvard Business Review, March‐April, 2000.

________. Social Intelligence: The New Science of Human Relationships. New York: Bantam, 2006.

________. “What Makes a Leader?” Harvard Business Review, November‐December 1998.

Goleman, Daniel, Annie Mc Kee, Richard Boyatis. Primal Leadership: Realizing the power of Emotional Intelligence. Boston: Harvard Business School, 2002.
